About Super Box
Free resource pack for early years workers in Wales to enhance their work with parents around book sharing.
In October and November 2011, Booktrust Cymru gave away 150 Bookstart Super Boxes to early years workers.
Super Boxes were given out at conferences in Llandudno, Cardiff and Carmarthen – view a short video of the Llandudno conference below:

What's in the Bookstart Super Box?
Bookstart Super Boxes contain ten copies of the bilingual books that feature in the Bookstart packs, together with:
- a top tips leaflet
- a new Bookstart DVD of Welsh families sharing books with young children
- a Twf CD.
How can Bookstart Super Boxes be used?
- The bilingual books in the Bookstart Super Box are to model book sharing to the parents of young children
- The books and the DVD can be used to explain the short and long term benefits of sharing books
- Importantly, parents will have a copy of the Bookstart book in their own Bookstart pack at home and so they can continue book sharing with their babies and toddlers after your session.
